Following on from our trip to the Eco House, we arranged a trip to the Centre for Alternative Technology in West Wales. Here we saw how a community operates in an entirely ‘green’ way. Examples of houses made from recycled tyres, straw bales and hand-made bricks are supported by solar energy, wind and water power. The Core Group interviewed workers at CAT to make an audio presentation.
