Design

The Design Stage of the Archimedia project started in February 2005 and will finish in December 2005. As part of the Feasibility Stage, the young people helped to recruit the architects White Design to lead the Design Team and also artist Simon Poulter. Using the experience gained from the work of the Feasibility Study and from trips and projects they had completed, the young people have helped to develop the brief for the building and have fed information to the Design Team about what sort of building they would like to build. Their input continues and the changes in the design of the building can be attributed to them.
